Cancellation Policy

Purpose: To explain how customers stop future billing.
Refund policy handles everything money-related.

 

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation stops future renewals.
• You retain access until the end of the already-paid billing period (monthly or annual).
• Cancellation does not automatically create or imply a refund.

 

2. How to Cancel

Users can cancel via:

• in-app account/billing settings; or
• contacting support at support@mitigatemurphy.com

If purchased through an app store, cancellation must be done through that store’s subscription settings.

 

3. Effective Date

Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing.
All previously paid periods continue until expiry.

 

4. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed entirely by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund but we will consider reasonable requests.
