We want users to be satisfied with MitigateMurphy. This refund policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made through our app or website.

2. Refund Requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:

  • Accidental or duplicate purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent normal use of the app
  • Product not as described
  • Other reasonable circumstances at our discretion

We may ask for information to help diagnose issues or verify the request.

3. Eligibility

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • A significant portion of the subscription period has already been used
  • The request is made after 14 days, unless required by local law
  • There is evidence of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity
  • You simply changed your mind after substantial use of the app

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • Refunds for renewal payments follow the same 14-day window.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
If the service is faulty or misrepresented, you may be entitled to remedies regardless of the 14-day window.
