MitigateMurphy — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of MitigateMurphy ("the App", "Service"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
MitigateMurphy is a check-in safety tool aimed at reducing risk by notifying emergency contacts when a user does not check in within their chosen timeframe. It is an additional layer of mitigation, intended primarily for situations where a user becomes unable to call for help.
The App does not replace emergency services, direct communication, or existing safety practices. Nothing works 100% of the time. If you are able to call emergency services or seek help directly, you should always do so. It is an assistance tool only.

When a check-in is missed, the App may notify your nominated emergency contacts via push notifications or other in-app channels. You authorise us to send such notifications on your behalf.

All code, design, trademarks, and content associated with the App remain the property of MitigateMurphy. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive licence to use the App.
